1). What does the Health & Nutrition Coaching Program Offer?

  1. Weekly 1:1 coaching sessions for 30-45 minutes each week for 90 days

  2.  Weekly check ins for proactive accountability and program feedback

  3. Your personal plan tailored to achieving your goals that you help design!

  4. Free resources to further empower your knowledge of health and wellness

2). Do you take insurance?

         Unfortunately, not at this time.

3). What should I expect during the consultation call? 

          The initial session is where I get to know about you and your health goals. I gather information such as diet and  medical history, physical symptoms, current eating and lifestyle habits, and your health concerns. After the assessment, I provide education and begin to formulate a plan that combines our findings with your individual goals if you want to move forward.

4). Do you provide meal plans?  

          Coach2Control provides suggestions and strategies for diet modifications that help support client's nutrition goals throughout the course  of the program.​

​

5). Are coaching services online or in-person?

​           As much as I would love to meet everyone in person, all coaching sessions will be via Zoom, FaceTime, or phone call.
